About the Role
The position of Customer Support Agent responsible for providing the best support and service to our customers, whilst also supporting Customer Success Management activities by managing and maintaining key customers in specific markets. The role includes responding to customer queries in the most efficient way and adding value to our customers, driving growth and retention amongst customers and understanding their business needs. This role will act as the first point of contact for our customers once purchasing our software, so the candidate must be polite and professional at all times, presenting the best image of the company and being committed to deliver results for the customer and the business. The role will also include a variety of duties in order to maintain customer relationships, managing complaints, minimising churn and being the internal voice of the customer.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide remote customer product support.
Register calls and work on the Support Task List in Zendesk (CRM tool), ensuring problems defined, reported and followed up.
Investigate and report on any key or recurring issues in team meetings and utilising internal tools.
Onboard customers in the best way and ensure high user adoption, assisting them with setting up.
Build a relationship with customers by continuously providing exceptional service, managing complaints and being the internal voice of the customer.
Proactively engage customers at risk, including handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.



Required Qualifications and Experience:
Fluent in speaking and understanding English and Swedish.
Basic education in IT is needed OR 1-2 years of experience working in IT.
Intermediate computer knowledge/experience (Windows, MS Office, some hardware).



Preferred experience and qualifications:
Customer Service experience, ideally fostering positive business relationships.
Passion for technology.
Experience delivering customer support in Norwegian and/or other Nordic languages.



Preferred skills and competencies:
Ability to communicate in Norwegian and/or other Nordic languages.
Excellent communication skills both, verbal and written.
Customer service orientated; patient and resilient.
A good problem solver with a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
Hard working, driven and self-motivated.
Proactive and able to use initiative.
Strong planning and prioritising skills.
Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.

About the Role
The Product Trainer is primarily responsible for compiling and delivering training to new and existing customers, contributing to our high standards of customer service and reducing reliance on our product support teams.
This includes taking customers through how to use our software at the start to upskilling them further to better utilise and gain from our products, and want to remain as a loyal customer. The Product Trainer is also responsible for promoting our training packages to help generate additional revenue for the company.
As a product trainer you will be a product expert and create and deliver training across our vast product range. The Product Trainer is a customer facing role so must be professional at all times and reflect and exemplify our values.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Deliver training via virtual classrooms or webinars or physical in our training centre, for the software products available in Sweden and Norway for new and existing customers, and for Compusoft employees, as and when required.
Organise and coordinate the training sessions such as setting up the webinar, preparing the online classroom, inviting participants, etc
Evaluate the knowledge of customers participating in training to determine training needs and effectiveness
Proactively promote and sell additional training and/or our training packages to customers to help generate additional revenue
Meet the goals and objectives set by the Training Area Manager
Help with telephone support to customers, as and when required
Help with Customer Fairs representing our company, presenting our products and first of all taking care of existing customers coming to our stand (to free up our sales people for potential customers), as and when required
Collaborate with the sales team e.g. to offer implementation plans for new customers

Required experience and qualifications:
Experience working within the KBB (kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) industry is advantageous
Experience working with Winner Design and or Winner Bizz is advantageous
Basic skills in MS-Office tools
Interest in technology, software and applications is preferable but not essential
Experience in training business users is preferable but not essential
Experience in working with online channels and virtual learning platforms or experience in working in a multi-channel environment are a plus point
